Anastasia Pillakouri

I’m a passionate and dedicated chemist with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in both the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Cosmetic Chemistry, expanding my expertise into the world of formulation and product development. My professional journey includes quality control and chemical analysis at KEO Plc, as well as a three-year role as a pharmacy assistant, where I developed a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals, customer care, and inventory management. I’m particularly interested in applying scientific knowledge to real-world applications—especially in cosmetics, food safety, and innovation in product formulation. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that blend science with creativity and purpose.
